The Erlton condo was upgraded to make it polished and ready for resale. New stone fireplace cladding and a bulkhead with upgraded lighting set the stage to showcase the owner's magnificent art collection. A continuous buffet credenza followed the bulkhead and spans the length of the living and dining area. The balance of the condo received upgrades to the powder room, ensuite, and wine room.

Springbank
Calgary architect Bill Boucock originally designed the Springbank home in the 1980s. The bones of the house are dazzling, and the spectacular exterior surroundings become a part of the interior at every turn. Full height glazing and a peaked skylight that runs the length of the house emit an abundance of natural light that showcases each finishing material. Refreshing this home required only a minor cosmetic upgrade. New flooring throughout, cabinetry, and paint returned this house to its original splendor.
